Our rear or side discharge concession hoods incorporate an internally mounted centrifugal speed controlled fan that has a side profile of 4-5" depending on hood depth. That's right, no more bulky  roof top equipment mounted to a mobile kitchen allowing for a nice clean look for your truck or trailer that will fit anywhere a standard trailer can!
