Many of our customers prefer a roof mounted exhaust due to complex graphics designs.  So KSH has integrated fan to exhaust through a stainless shroud that still carries a sleeker and lower profile than the standard centrifugal upblast fans that you typically see.  Our top discharge hoods have a mere 10" high profile from  the top of your mobile kitchen!
